The journal “Economics, Business and Services” is published quarterly in electronic format.
Articles published in this journal are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivatives 4.0 International License, which allows only non-commercial use. Under this license, users have the right to copy and distribute copyright-protected material, but they do not have the right to modify or use it for commercial purposes. For publication in the journal “Economics, Business and Services” articles that have not been previously published by the authors in Kazakh, Russian, or English and that correspond to the thematic focus of the journal are accepted, provided they are formatted strictly according to the manuscript submission guidelines.
The scientific articles of the journal must contain an abstract, keywords and information about the authors, including the following information: surnames, affiliated organizations, city, country name in three languages and indicating the corresponding author, e-mail.
The manuscript of the scientific article should be submitted to the editorial board by the corresponding author (selected from the authors' team of the manuscript when there are two or more co-authors) at least two months before the release of the next issue of the journal. The manuscript is uploaded through an electronic platform by the corresponding author, including all article metadata and the authors' details.
The author(s) must submit original work to the editorial office that has not been published in any other publications (in print, electronic, or other open sources).
The editorial board of the journal reviews the manuscripts received from the author(s), organizes peer review, and decides on publication or rejection within two months from the date of manuscript submission via the electronic platform.
The author(s) of a manuscript approved for publication in the journal must pay for the publication. The payment receipt in PDF format must be sent by the author(s) to the journal's editorial email address.
Plagiarism and Borrowing
The editorial board checks the submitted manuscripts for compliance with normative requirements and conducts a plagiarism check using the Strikeplagiarism (Plagiat.pl) system.
Original manuscripts that have over 85% originality and an AI content indicator of 40% are sent for further peer review. If a manuscript does not meet the journal's formatting requirements and is not an original work based on plagiarism check results, it will be returned to the corresponding author for necessary amendments and resubmission for review via the journal's electronic platform.
If the authors used works, articles, provisions, citations, or statements from other researchers in writing the manuscript, they must reference these scholars' works and correctly format the cited text.
Those involved in the publishing process, especially members of the editorial board of the journal are obligated to adhere to principles accepted by the international community to ensure high-quality scientific publications and to prevent dishonest practices in publication activities, such as using unreliable information and falsifying data, among others, to ensure the recognition of scientific achievements.
If a proven violation of principles, standards, and norms of scientific ethics is discovered in an article published in the journal “Economics, Business and Services” the editorial board commits to retracting the article from the issue in which it was published and from the journal's official website (executing a retraction of the article) with a mandatory indication of specific violations by the author(s) of scientific ethics principles, standards, and norms, and to publish a corresponding announcement in the next issue of the journal and on the journal's website in the "Announcements" section.

The journal has been published in electronic format since 2020. All electronic issues of the journal are stored in the "Archive" section on the journal's website.
